In 1968 the Oslo Rural Housing was incorporated and
raised funds and obtained loans from FHA to construct three two-unit
homes. These apartments are either one or two-bedroom rentals. Two
of the apartments can by applied for under section 8 low-income
programs. The housing market in Oslo is currently very tight. Single unit housing (regardless of size) is seldom available for rental or sale. Lots with water, sewer, storm, curb, and gutters improvements are available for sale in Oslo for residential building. |
